Refund policy

If the item you received is faulty or not as described we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please inspect the item as soon as you receive it. We do not accept returns if you have damaged the item by using it incorrectly.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info.shop.gladius@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
